To Whom It May Concern,

We have known Josh Glick for over five years, when he first began managing our vacation home remodel in Ketchum, Idaho.  Since then, he has done numerous house modifications and maintenance projects for us.  Now that the construction phase is complete, Josh maintains the home for us, and does weekly visits, to ensure that it is in good working order when we arrive in town. 

Within the last ten years, we have done major remodels on four residences, in various locations spanning several states, and so we have had experience with multiple builders on varying projects.   By now, we feel that we know quite a bit about construction, having been intimately involved in every project.  Josh has been by far the best contractor with whom we have ever collaborated, and represents the gold standard in our book.  First and foremost, Josh does very high quality work.  We have never had an occurrence where we were not totally satisfied with a job he has done for us.  He is extremely smart, efficient, and thorough in everything he does.  He communicates clearly with us on all relevant issues and provides recommendations as to the appropriate courses of action.  However, this is not the only thing that makes Josh special.  Josh has extremely good taste in home construction.  Wherever he has had to take initiative to solve a design problem or has had to think outside of the box, he has made great decisions, which have resulted in fabulous outcomes.  And we are not easy customers to please. We know what we like and we expect reliability, fast turn around and excellence in workmanship.  With Josh, unlike all the other contractors with whom we have been involved, we have never had to make countless punch lists to ensure that things actually get done.  Josh cares very much about his work, which is evidenced by his attention to details.  Josh is also extremely trustworthy, which you will recognize quickly once you work with him.   He has continuously demonstrated that he has had our best interest in mind.  Lastly, Josh is very personable and is extremely pleasant in his interaction with others. 

We enthusiastically and unequivocally recommend Josh Glick for any construction project.  Josh has shown the ability to work on building homes of all price ranges, and especially those with higher-end requirements, which is where his talents have been especially brought to bear.  Working with Josh is a pleasure and we feel lucky to know him.

I couldn't be more pleased with Frank's performance.  We broke ground in July of 2001 and we moved in July of 2002.  Frank does first class work and pays great attention to detail.  He is also honest and insures that the subs are working for you, not him.  When I was interviewing builders, I asked each of them to show me their portfolio of work, I was particularly taken by the fact that, in each case, without calling the owner, we went to the house and Frank had both the key and the alarm code for each of the three houses.  What I took from this was that Frank obviously completed his work for each client on extremely good terms.  In my own case, post completion of the house, Frank has been the resource I use to effect changes or repairs, as needed.
